REFUND POLICY
1. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be made via www.ecov.co/refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the day of attendance will receive a 95% refund or 100% credit upon request.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the day of attendance will receive a 50% refund or 100% credit upon request.
2.3. Non-attendance without notification will not receive a refund.
3. Partial Attendance
No refunds will be given for partial attendance of any booking.
4. Credits
Provided Ecoventure is notified of non-attendance by 10 am on the day, a 100% credit note against a future week can be requested.
5. Timeframe for Requests
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the last booked date.
